I bought a condo with heating problems to some of the rooms. It turned out some of the ducts were not even connected. Mike at Majestic Heating worked diligently and worked very hard to correct the problems. Mike is professional and friendly. He took care of some unexpected problem with no extra charges. Mike's serverice exceeds my expectation and I am will recommend him to anyone.

Our furnace went out on New Year's Day. Others wouldn't make a service call and some weren't even answering their phone on the holiday weekend. But Mike at Majestic made the time to come out immediately and fixed the problem

On the day before Thanksgiving, we started having some problems with our furnace. We called Majestic for help. Mike had a full calendar for the day, but he still managed to see us at 6:00 that evening.
The furnace was working when Mike arrived (the problem was intermittent), but Mike was still able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. In a few minutes, our furnace was working better than ever before.

I shopped around, looking at 8 other vendors as far way as Reno and Auburn. Every vendor said that either forced air cannot be installed in the house or it cannot be installed cost effectively. After all, the house needed to have the ducts, gas, electrical, venting, everything installed. I talked with Mike at Majestic Heating and his response was simple, "I have been in this business for years, and I know the homes in this area, I know how to get heat into your house, that you can afford." Letter I wrote to Majestic in October 2009: Hi Mike / Majestic, My wife and I were in truckee this weekend and got a chance to use the furnace. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! Our furnace works perfect! We are so happy ! Our furnace has been a problem for years. We have had many cold winter nights due to various problems. This is the first time I have had confidence in the heater since I purchased the house 8 years ago. We got the invoice today. It is very resonable. We will be paying it shortly.
